TopWater eFoil Surfing

The rental is for 2 hours for 1 eFoil surfboard. For optimal board performance, we limit 2 people (ages 16+) per board. However, you may share a board with a maximum of 4 people per board with 2 adults and 2 kids ages 8-15. 

You will have ONE battery with approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes of ride time. You can purchase an additional battery for $100 if you want more ride time. Approximately 30 minutes will be safety and board operation instruction before you begin eFoiling.

eFoil renters are required to return to the meeting location at least 10 MINUTES BEFORE the 2 hour rental ends or when battery power is at 10%. If you are late returning the surfbord(s), you may be charged an additional fee per board based on the amount of time and/or loss of rentals.

• Adult Renter must be on the same tour

• Minors 8 years and over may ride the eFoil Surfboard with adult renter (21+) supervision. We will set the govenor (speed control) as a safety precaution. 

• Minors 7 and under are not allowed to ride. 

• Life jackets & helmets are provided.

• We recommend you wear: Sunblock, Secure Water Shoes, Swimsuits/Water Clothing.

• DAY BEFORE RENTAL: All eFoil participants must watch the eFoil Safety & Operation videos.

The eFoil surfboards weigh approximately 50-60 pounds, rental customers should be able to lift and carry 50-60 pounds safely and without difficulty.

WHEN WEIGHT IS OVER 275 LBS RIDERS ARE NOT GUARANTEED MAXIMUM BOARD PERFORMANCE. This is due to flotation of the board, battery life and its cooling system. You can still have fun eSurfing however, you will not receive a refund if the eFoil cannot lift above the water. 

IF THE eFOIL SURFBOARD IS DAMAGED, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIRING OR REPLACING THE eFOIL SURFBOARD.

We want to serve you and we understand that emergencies happen, however we spend several hours preparing for your rental, so please follow the cancellation policy.

• Cancellations 14+ days before the rental date = 100% refund.

• Cancellations 7 days before the rental date = 50% refund.

• Cancellations less than 3 days before the rental date, no cancellation email, or no shows = NO REFUNDS.

Our cancellation policy requires our clients to directly contact us to cancel. Per TopWater eFoil Surfing LLC. company policy, all cancellations must be received via email to rentals.topwaterefoilsurfing@gmail.com please include your name, booking confirmation#, date, and time of rental.

A full refund will be issued if TopWater eFoil Surfing has to cancel your rental at any time due to weather conditions or emergencies.
